Nuneaton (UK-wide travel) | Full Time | Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 am–4 : 00 pm (occasional weekends and overnight stays required) | Competitive Salary

Are you the right person for the job?

You’re a confident, driven sales professional with a passion for new business. You know how to open doors, build rapport quickly, and close deals. You’re organised, persuasive, and comfortable representing a premium brand face-to-face.

This isn’t a desk-based role — you’ll be out on the road meeting clients, delivering product demonstrations, and winning new business.

You’ll bring :
  • A proven track record in B2B or fleet sales, ideally with high-value products
  • A natural ability to engage, present, and persuade
  • Strong time management and diary planning skills
  • A self-motivated, target-driven attitude with a professional edge
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK (with overnight stays and some weekends)
  • A clean UK driving licence, aged 25+, with at least 2 years’ experience (insurance requirement)
What will your role look like?

As Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of the brand — driving growth, winning new business, and building lasting client relationships. You’ll manage your own diary, organise meetings, deliver live product demonstrations, and close deals.

Your key responsibilities :
  • Generate, develop, and convert new business opportunities with corporate and dealer customers
  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations of eMotorbikes, eMopeds, and eBikes
  • Present products and solutions in a polished, confident, and consultative manner
  • Manage your pipeline, follow up leads, and close deals
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade events, and fleet shows nationwide
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales records
  • Achieve and exceed new business sales targets
