Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Home based –East India

AB Vista, part of AB Agri (the agricultural division of ABF plc), is a global leader in animal nutrition technology, pioneering innovative feed solutions through research, collaboration, and technical expertise. We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Livestock operations in East India, based in Kolkata. In this key role, you’ll drive growth within our poultry business, manage sales and distribution, and strengthen customer partnerships. With your technical background and extensive experience in the livestock or animal feed industry, you’ll help shape AB Vista’s continued success and expand our impact across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, identify new market opportunities, and drive revenue growth within the Livestock sector.
  • Oversee daily sales, logistics, and distribution activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
  • Lead sales initiatives, set and monitor targets, maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors, and ensure accurate forecasting in collaboration with the supply chain team.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to meet profitability goals, analysing results and taking corrective action where needed.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates; ensure adherence to all local laws and company policies while sharing key market insights with leadership.
  • Build strategic partnerships, represent the company at industry events, and strengthen the organisation’s presence and network across the Livestock sector.
