Currys is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing Retail team, coaching staff to help customers choose the best tech and to exceed sales goals. You’ll guide development plans, identify opportunities, and foster a customer-first culture across in-store interactions.

You’ll drive engagement, manage performance, and stay ahead of launches to showcase how new technology can be brought to life, supporting growth and store profitability.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar sized, sales-driven business.
• Proven coaching skills with a hands-on management style.
• Track record of identifying commercial opportunities within a department or store to maximise sales.
• Confident leading a team and approachable with colleagues and customers.
• Keen to learn about the latest technology.
