Responsibilities
  • Converting a high volume of Christmas party and event enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Preparing tailored, engaging proposals for corporate clients and party organisers.
  • Hosting venue site visits that bring the Nightcap festive experience to life.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with businesses, agencies, and key accounts.
  • Upselling drinks packages, entertainment, and festive add-ons to maximise revenue.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and delivery of events.
  • Providing exceptional customer service that drives repeat business into the new year.
Qualifications
  • Acting as an ambassador for Nightcap – bringing energy, professionalism, and Christmas cheer to every interaction.
