Job Title: Sales Manager - Acoustic Solutions

Location: UK-wide (Hybrid/Remote)

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000

We're representing a market-leading manufacturer of acoustic and noise control systems that is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager - Acoustic Solutions. This role involves managing key client relationships and delivering major acoustic projects across the UK, with a strong technical and commercial focus.

You’ll take ownership of strategic contracts from tender through to installation, working closely with engineering, design, and delivery teams to ensure quality, performance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead tenders, bids, and commercial negotiations for large-scale industrial and data centre projects
  • Manage and grow key accounts across infrastructure, power, and building services sectors
  • Coordinate project delivery from quotation and design through to manufacture and installation
  • Prepare proposals, bids, and technical presentations
  • Represent the business at client meetings, events, and exhibitions
About You
  • Background in acoustics, noise control, or building services engineering
  • Track record of managing high-value technical projects or contracts
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability
  • Degree or equivalent technical qualification
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
