Job Title: Sales Manager - Acoustic Solutions

Location: UK (Hybrid/Remote)

Salary: £50,000-£65,000 + Commission + Benefits

An established manufacturer specialising in acoustic and noise mitigation technologies is seeking a skilled Sales Manager - Acoustic Solutions to support continued growth and oversee major projects throughout the UK. This role is ideal for a commercially astute professional with strong technical insight who's looking to take charge of significant contracts and contribute directly to the company's long-term development.

In this position, you'll be responsible for guiding projects from initial tender through to installation, working closely with in-house engineering, design, and production teams to ensure excellent standards, reliable performance, and profitable outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead tender submissions, bids, and commercial negotiations for major industrial and data centre projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the infrastructure, energy, and construction sectors
  • Oversee full project lifecycle—from design and quotation through manufacturing and on-site installation
  • Prepare technical proposals, bids, and client-facing presentations
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade exhibitions, and industry events
About You
  • Experience within acoustics, noise control, or building services
  • Track record managing complex, high-value technical contracts
  • Excellent commercial judgement and strong client relationship skills
  • Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant technical field
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
