An exciting opportunity exists within our Land Rover dealership at Ludlow, part of the Sinclair Group, for a Sales Manager to join the sales team and provide support to the General Sales Manager in running the sales department. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead and manage a controlled sales process through our sales team at our Land Rover dealership in Ludlow. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing the team to deliver and epitomise the highest level of customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Sales Manager in developing and implementing both the customer and colleague journey, ensuring all are treated fairly and equitably.
  • Maximise the sales volume and profitability of both new and used cars and finance and insurance products.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Sales team to elevate their performance and behaviours whilst delivering results.
  • Actively set out to achieve and exceed site and departmental objectives.
  • Ensure that the highest level of customer service is maintained within the Sales department and wider dealership.
  • Drive and maintain a team culture of high performance and excellence.
Qualifications
  • Very talented and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, focused on leading the team to deliver business objectives.
  • Shares Sinclair Group values and possesses strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
