We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the regional sales and marketing strategy across two distinctive lifestyle hotels within the KE Hotels portfolio: Moxy Manchester City (Marriott) and Hotel Indigo Newcastle (IHG).
This is a high‑visibility, senior leadership role with end‑to‑end responsibility for driving revenue growth, market share, and brand performance across both properties. Working closely with the General Managers, Revenue teams, and brand sales organisations, you will shape and deliver the commercial direction for each hotel.
A key priority will be the commercial launch of new meetings and events facilities at both hotels in 2026, requiring strong strategic planning, market positioning, and senior‑level stakeholder engagement.
