UK Sales Manager - Construction Products (Balustrades & Safety Systems)

📍 Field-Based Across the UK

Permanent | £50,000 base + potential increase to £55,000 after 6 months | Additional 13-month salary scheme based on hitting targets

I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established international manufacturer within the architectural and construction products sector. With a strong European presence and a growing UK operation, they are now seeking a UK Sales Manager to help drive market expansion and build long-term customer relationships.

Role Overview

You'll be the face of the business in the UK - developing new opportunities with:

  • Stockists & distributors
  • Metal fabricators
  • Construction partners & installers

This is a field-based role with frequent travel across the UK to visit customers, demonstrate products, and grow brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a defined sales territory
  • Build and nurture trusted customer relationships
  • Promote high-quality balustrade and Juliet balcony systems
  • Attend site visits, meetings, and product demonstrations
  • Work collaboratively with technical and specification colleagues
