A multinational capital equipment manufacturer is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop a high-performing sales team and manage key accounts in Northern England. BASIC SALARY: £55,000 - £60,000

We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to manage a team of 3 and handle some of the most high profile accounts, with a strong emphasis on coaching to create a high‑performing, resilient team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong relationship‑building skills, value‑propagation, and an ability to build a team environment focused on our values of shared risk, trust, respect, integrity and simplicity.
It is highly likely you have worked in one or more of the following roles: Sales Manager, Sales Director, Commercial Manager, Sales Team Leader, Field Sales Manager, National Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Service Sales Manager.
