Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Hessle. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, lead a team of sales professionals, and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include motivating the team, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with other departments to streamline processes. The Sales Manager will also build strong client relationships and ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
