Sales Manager – Material Handling

Location: Eastleigh / Southampton, Hampshire

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a European Material Handling portfolio within a global engineering business. This role focuses on capital equipment sales, translating complex customer requirements into tailored technical solutions and driving order intake across Europe.

Essential Requirements / Experience
  • Proven sales experience within one or more of the following sectors: pharmaceuticals, material handling, capital equipment, process machinery, or oral solid dosage.
  • Experience managing complex, long-cycle technical sales processes.
  • Strong technical and commercial negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with engineers, operations, and senior stakeholders.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Fluent English (additional European languages advantageous).
  • Willingness to travel internationally (c. 3050%).
