A well-established luxury interiors brand is seeking an experienced and design-led Sales Manager to join its London-based showroom and head office. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a premium British brand renowned for craftsmanship, quality, and exceptional customer experience.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, working with high-net-worth residential clients as well as architects, interior designers, and trade partners. You will act as a trusted consultant, guiding clients from initial enquiry through to final installation, while delivering a seamless and high‑touch service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and develop long‑term client relationships
  • Represent the brand in a flagship London showroom and during site visits
  • Consult with private clients, architects, and interior designers on bespoke solutions
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional customer journey
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, and marketing teams
  • Lead with professionalism, strong product knowledge, and attention to detail
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in premium or luxury B2C sales (interiors, kitchens, fireplaces, or similar)
  • Proven ability to close high‑value sales and exceed targets
  • Confident, polished, and commercially astute
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for traditional craftsmanship, architecture, and design
  • Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills
  • Experience leading or mentoring others is desirable
  • Good understanding of the London luxury market
