The Sales Manager's mission is to deliver an unparalleled luxury customer experience within your floor. You will inspire and lead your teams to provide exceptional and distinctive service, cultivating a customer‑centric, clientelling‑focused environment to meet and exceed your team's financial targets and objectives. As the visible leader on the shop floor, you will embody the customer‑facing presence of your area, guiding your teams to consistently deliver excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement strategic action plans aligned with store objectives to ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds financial and client targets.
- Ensure the team possesses comprehensive product knowledge, remains aware of competitive offerings, and stays current with fashion trends and styling.
- Oversee and guide the execution of clientelling activities in alignment with store priorities, while exploring and capitalising on new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with Concessions, Brand Partners, and Area Managers to drive performance and support business growth.
- Build strong working relationships with internal HO teams including Buying & Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, HR.
- Ensure the team understands and complies with all security, health and safety, and store regulations, maintaining a safe environment for customers, employees, and suppliers.
- Ensure each team member reaches their full potential through continuous learning and development, promoting a culture of succession planning.
