Sales Manager- (Telesales, Customer Service & Sales Admin Teams)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and energise our Telesales, Customer Service, and Sales Administration teams. This is a full‑time office‑based role reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, ideal for a hands‑ leader who can drive performance, improve service quality, and transform team dynamics.

To Be Successful You Must Have
  • Proven as a Sales Manager in the foodservice, wholesale, or food‑oriented retail sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and transform team culture.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and performance management capabilities.
  • Commercially minded with a focus on results, service quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Telesales, Customer Service, and Sales Admin teams to achieve sales and service excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer retention, and enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor team performance, set clear KPIs, and ensure accountability across all functions.
  • Identify training needs and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with broader business objectives.
  • Analyse customer feedback and sales data to inform decision‑making and drive improvements.
  • Champion a proactive, customer‑first approach across all touchpoints.
