Sales Manager
Salary: Upto £65,000 + bonus

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and commercially focused Sales Manager to lead business development, manage key accounts, and support a high-performing sales team within a defined sales territory. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong market awareness, and the ability to represent the company with professionalism at all times.
You will play a vital role in achieving turnover and profitability targets, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service across the region.
Key Objectives
- Achieve budgeted turnover and profitability targets.
- Drive new business growth within the region using a consultative sales approach.
- Represent the company professionally and proficiently at all times.
- Support, manage, develop, and motivate members of the sales team.
- Contribute to annual budget setting and strategic planning.
- Stay aligned with market trends and guide sales focus accordingly.
Principal Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts within the sales territory.
- Develop both new and existing business by working closely with sub-contractors, OEMs, and distribution partners.
- Provide technical and consultative sales support by building strong relationships across customer departments, including technical, estimating, purchasing and contracts teams.
- Maintain strong product and application knowledge.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service at all times.
- Maximise profitability while securing new business.
- Proactively identify and secure regional project opportunities.
- Collaborate with peers across the business to unlock new opportunities.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity regularly.
- Complete required sales administration accurately and on time.
- Support collaboration across Building Envelope sales teams.
- Deliver strategic business objectives and achieve KPI targets.
- Provide high-quality monthly sales performance reports.
- Act as a role model for company values and uphold the company code of conduct.
