The Sales Manager position is a key position in the Company. Carrying out continuous customer and staff relations services, the position provides the postholder with a genuinely rewarding experience and provides a springboard to a leisure management career in one of the most attractive and fast-growing leisure management companies.
As the successful candidate you must be flexible, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team. Sales experience is required, and you will understand basic sales processes and telesales. The ideal candidate will have a hands‑on approach and a real passion for fitness. We are looking for a people person who can engage with our current membership base and new opportunities within the local community, as well as managing and driving a sales team to optimum performance.
