We are looking for someone for a full‑time role to start as soon as possible to lead as Sales Manager at Urban Food Fest in Manchester, an exciting, trendy and fun street food and events business. The role is suited to someone who is very dynamic, hands‑on, creative and committed with previous experience in sales as well as leading a team. Urban Food Fest is a very innovative and contemporary street food and events company based in central London. The company is at the forefront of the latest trends in design, food and experiences. The team is comprised of passionate, dedicated and like‑minded individuals who are encouraged to be open‑minded and bring ideas to grow the business. Your role will include managing team members and growing the business, with ideas, innovations alongside sales.

The Urban Food Fest events team has created events for global brands including Apple, Manchester United, Nike, De Beers, Warner Bros, Sony, Samsung, Tate & Lyle, Superman actor Henry Cavill, Innocent Smoothies, eBay, Unilever, BMW, Adidas, Lexus, River Island, Peroni, Volkswagen, UBS, Accenture, GAP and Superdry.

Urban Food Fest was founded by city lawyer and investment banking duo Jessica and Mike. The flagship street food night markets feature street food trucks and stalls, bars, vintage furniture seating areas and live music. The markets have received first‑class national and international reviews, with features in Time Out, Vogue, Elle, Esquire, Daily Telegraph, Evening Standard, City AM, Shortlist and The New York Times.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be creative and dynamic in a role. The role will be wide‑ranging in scope and see you manage both the day‑to‑day sales and business development of the business, as well as the strategic development of the Company, to ensure quality and that efficiency targets are met.
