This is a full time, hybrid role based in a beautiful newly designed office in central London.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service to trade and retail clients. You’ll oversee workload management, ensure KPIs are met, and keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with senior sales and operations teams, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the brand’s reputation for quality, precision, and professionalism.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manager role
Strong B2B experience, ideally within a design-led or product-based business.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A calm and proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and thrive under pressure.
