A leading hotel chain in London is seeking a Sales Manager to maximize revenue through effective sales strategies and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven sales management experience in hospitality, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented mindset. As Sales Manager, you will be a driving force in maximizing revenue across our hotel by developing and executing effective sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with our commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. You will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts to ensure long-term success. You will be working with a property which has extensive refurbishment plans underway – starting with the full refurbishment of the conference suite, with further exciting projects scheduled over the next 12 months. In this role, you will collaborate closely with your team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to assess market trends, track performance metrics, and provide insights that inform strategic decisions. As a leader, you will mentor and develop your team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Contract: Full Time Salary: £45,000 per annum (Salaried)
The Tower Hotel is a 4‑star deluxe hotel from the “by Thistle” collection, located close to World Heritage Sites such as Tower Bridge and The Tower of London.
