Overview

About you — You are a confident salesperson who knows the print industry inside out. You know how to build relationships, win trust and open doors. Your experience

You have experience in sales or business development within print, signage or graphics. You can point to results that show how you've grown accounts, won new business and built lasting client relationships. You are comfortable working both strategically and hands-on. You know how to identify the right opportunities, develop proposals that stand out and close deals that make sense for both the client and the business. Experience with large format print or similar products is a plus, although what matters most is your ability to sell with integrity, manage your pipeline and deliver results.

What you will be doing with your experience in this role

This is the first dedicated sales role within the business. You will be leading the charge on new business, growing accounts and shaping how sales is done. You will be building relationships with existing clients, reaching out to new prospects and collaborating with production to make sure every job runs smoothly.

Your week will be a mix of time in the field, working remotely and being in the office. Being present within the business is important because you\'ll play a big part in connecting people, sharing feedback and driving progress.

You'll work closely with the Directors to create and deliver the sales strategy, forecast growth and develop plans for the months ahead. This is a genuine opportunity to make your mark and have a voice in how the business moves forward.
