We are offering a salary of £37,000 to £40,000.00 (depending on experience), plus a potential earning of 20% annual bonus based on performance.

As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively growing pipeline in the Corporate segment across all revenue streams (Corporate Travel, Group, Conference & Events, Restaurants, Gym & Spa). You will be responsible for uncovering new opportunity accounts alongside managing relationships, saturation and penetration across a portfolio of existing accounts for both hotels.
This role requires a proactive mindset with a strong focus on pipeline generation. The ability to identify new opportunities, build client and internal stakeholder relationships and to remain driven towards exceeding KPIs are all critical to success in this position.
