The role offers a hybrid working model, industry‑leading training, ongoing coaching and development from local senior management, and the chance to achieve impressive and realistic OTE’s with qualified appointments.

Anglian Home Improvements is proud of its craftsmanship and service, having served customers for nearly 60 years. All products are manufactured in Britain to the highest industry standards. We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our local team and deliver on our business plan.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading, managing and motivating a team of self‑employed Sales Executives, developing their skills and driving performance.
  • Recruiting self‑employed Sales Representatives, Marketing Agents and Area Marketing Leaders to meet target set points.
  • Providing appropriate training, coaching and development of the sales team to company standards and policies.
  • Encouraging the Sales Team to generate leads through approved methods and manage leads from internal sources.
  • Ensuring the Sales Team presents the approved Finance presentation and complies with FCA regulations and internal policies.
  • Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to deliver the business plan, achieve sales targets, and maximise conversion of all leads.
  • Preparing and presenting regular sales reports.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.
  • Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar).
  • Experience recruiting self‑employed Sales Professionals.
  • Highly motivated with a natural ability to motivate and guide people to achieve targets.
  • Familiarity with remote sales appointments (optional).
  • Proactive, results‑driven approach and ability to work flexible hours.
  • High level of service, continuous personal development, and a UK driving licence.
