A leading business training provider in the UK is seeking a Sales Manager for its Event Bookings Department. This hybrid role involves leading a team of Business Development Managers to secure attendance at training events. The ideal candidate will have proven B2B sales leadership experience and a hands-on approach to managing and motivating their team. Salary: £75,000 £100,000 basic £150,000 £200,000 OTE
Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 6:30 PM

We re looking for a high-energy, performance-driven Sales Manager to lead our team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) in engaging with owners and decision-makers of trades businesses including plumbing, heating, electrical, construction, and building sectors to secure their attendance at our £97 Discovery Day events.
This is a hybrid role, combining strong leadership with hands‑on sales execution. You ll manage and motivate your team remotely via Zoom/Teams, while also personally contributing to sales and driving results. This isn t just a management position it s a role for a money-driven, sleeves‑rolled‑up sales leader who thrives on both leading and selling.
Competitive salary: £75,000 £100,000 basic salary.
OTE £150,000 £200,000 on‑target earnings.
