Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bracknell. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and implementing plans to achieve sales targets. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing research and analysis. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be tasked with training and mentoring sales staff, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and strategic planning
  • At least 3 years’ experience managing a team of 5+, ideally in the waste/construction sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
