About the Role

Sytner Group is looking for a highly driven, articulate and energetic Sales Manager to join our award-winning sales team at Bentley and Lamborghini Birmingham. As a Sytner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for profitability in both the new and used vehicle departments and for customer retention. You will drive and monitor the performance of the sales executives, hold daily sales meetings, and conduct sales mentoring and support. You will be an expert dealer, communicator and create a positive and enthusiastic environment in the department.

This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
