CPL Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with our client for a Sales Manager on a permanent full-time basis, based in Belfast with a competitive salary, bonus and staff benefits package on offer.

The role:

With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, the Sales Manager will have 2 years’ experience in hotel sales (this is non-negotiable) and will:

  • Hunt out and secure new business from corporate clients across the island of Ireland and further afield.
  • Already know the business scene in Belfast, build relationships and use your connections for companies and travel bookers.
  • Be outgoing and represent the brand at trade fairs, corporate showcase events and networking events.
  • Be driven, focused and determined to meet and exceed sales targets.
The person:
  • Minimum of 2 years in hotel sales and demonstrable evidence of business development.
  • Have sound demonstrable knowledge of the corporate market in Belfast and NI.
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written, and the ability to negotiate and network with ease.
  • Experienced in CRM systems, MS Office packages, and property management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
