A growing engineering business is seeking a Sales Manager who will develop new business and revenue streams. The role offers flexibility with remote and hybrid working options across the UK. Ideal candidates should have an engineering background, strong sales techniques, and customer service skills. This position involves creating solutions for clients using engineering knowledge and requires a self-motivated individual with excellent time management.
Location: UK wide/Remote/Hybrid working
Salary: £40-50k DOE, Company car, Bonus
We are currently working with this growing engineering business to assist in their recruitment of a sales manager. Working directly with the Sales Director you will be responsible for developing new business and revenue streams. The business is open to receiving applications from experienced sales profesionals from within the engineering sector or from maintenance engineers or fitters looking to transition into a sales role. What will be essential is your ability to understand the needs of the customer and develop suitable solutions.
Though HQ'd in South Yorkshire the business works with clients nationally and as such the role can be based anywhere in the UK. Typically you would expect to work from the office or home one or 2 days a week with the rest of your time 'on the road' meeting with clients and prospective customers.
