Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive significant growth in the ISO and Food Certification markets. You will possess a strong understanding of the Food Certification, Testing, Inspection or related compliance industry, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Managers and Account Managers to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Foster a performance-driven, collaborative culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and implement individual development plans
  • Build sales capability across consultative selling, value-based propositions, and CRM best practices
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Food Certification business, aligned with divisional and group growth objectives
  • Drive new business acquisition while ensuring the retention and growth of existing key accounts
  • Monitor sales pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy through disciplined CRM usage and regular reporting
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and customer needs to shape future service offerings in collaboration with Product Management and Marketing
  • Collaborative leader with emotional intelligence and high integrity

Qualifications
  • Highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager background in ISO and Food Certification markets
  • Strong understanding of the Food Certification, Testing, Inspection or related compliance industry
  • Exceptional sales acumen and proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within Food Certification, Testing, Inspection, or a related compliance industry
  • Strong people management experience – capable of inspiring, developing, and holding teams accountable
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and building relationships at senior customer levels
  • Exceptional CRM discipline (preferably Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics) with strong analytical and reporting capability
  • Commercially astute, data-driven, and strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence across functions
  • Degree‑qualified (preferred) or equivalent professional experience
