Summary:

We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established engineering company to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records in line with company and regulatory standards. You will play a key part in supporting business operations by ensuring efficient account processes and collaborating closely with managers and colleagues across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate sales ledger records and ensure invoices are correctly processed
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve invoice or account queries
  • Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration
  • Support the Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required
Ideal Candidate
  • Holds an AAT qualification or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accurate and detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Professional, reliable, and accountable in handling financial information

Part Time and Permanent

12.60 per hour

Working Hours: 25 hours / week over 4-5 days (can work around school hours)

Hybrid following training
