As a Partner in the NFU Mutual Wormbridge agency, your focus will be on:

  • Delivering new business growth across an expanding range of Commercial Lines products, targeting local independents and SMEs far and wide
  • Building and nurturing client relationships with key decision makers, ensuring high renewal rates are maintained with unrivalled customer care
  • Working collaboratively with the Senior Partner on setting strategy and shaping business plans that help optimise the agency’s future performance and drive sustainable, profitable growth.
About You

This is a self‑employed business opportunity for an ambitious Sales professional showing true potential to step into leadership. Specifically, we’re looking for:

  • B2B consultative sales or business development with key account management to advise business owners, directors and senior decision makers across a diverse range of industry sectors
  • Whilst people management skills are preferred, more critical are leadership qualities and attitude; it takes ambition, drive, commercial acumen and proactivity to develop into a high‑performing business leader
  • Given the agency’s rural and farming heritage, any connection or exposure here would be advantageous but not essential.
