Exciting Office-Based Sales & Administration Role - Crawley

Are you confident, organised, and looking to develop your career in sales and administration? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team in an office-based role with excellent opportunities for progression.

What You’ll Do:
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with confidence and professionalism.
  • Secure new customer appointments and develop client accounts using a pre‑produced database.
  • Create and manage target customer databases for campaigns, including basic credit checks.
  • Follow up on leads and arrange client meetings.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and coordinate customer events and meetings.
  • Manage the CEO’s diary in relation to new client appointments.
  • Support internal sales processes and contribute to the growth of the business.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and able to manage your time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Motivated to succeed, with the potential to progress to an external sales role (company vehicle provided).
What We Offer:

Competitive salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per year, depending on experience.
