Job summary

The Atlas Collective is inviting energetic individuals to join their Watford team as Entry-Level Sales Assistants. No sales experience is required as full training from day one will be provided.

You will interact with customers face-to-face, introduce them to products, and help build lasting relationships while representing leading brands. You’ll be part of a lively team, delivering excellent service, promoting campaigns, and working towards shared goals with mentoring and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills and confidence speaking with new people.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Comfort working in a busy, people-focused environment.
• An interest in sales and personal development.
• No experience needed; transferable skills from retail, hospitality, a call centre, team sport or volunteering are valuable.

Responsibilities

• Represent leading brands at a variety of locations across Watford.
• Speak with customers face to face and introduce them to products and services.
• Find out what customers are looking for and recommend the right fit.
• Deliver excellent customer service in every conversation.
• Help plan and run promotional sales campaigns.
• Work alongside a close-knit, energetic team to hit shared goals.
