Unilever's Industrial Placement (IP) programme offers a 12-month development scheme for UK undergraduates, with real responsibility from day one and mentoring. The Kingston hybrid location requires at least 3 days on-site each week and exposes you to multiple teams across the business.

Starting June 2027, the programme includes online applications and multi-stage assessments, a competitive salary of £27,898 and an end-of-placement bonus, along with extensive networking and development

Qualifications

• Penultimate year of an undergraduate degree required.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with commercial acumen.
• Proactive in building customer relationships and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial knowledge and numerical analysis.
