Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales Host to welcome prospects, convert them into members and support retention across our Birmingham club. The role involves promoting memberships, completing tours aligned to members’ fitness goals, handling enquiries and driving revenue through upgrades and add-ons.

As a Sales Host, you'll play a key role in growing our membership community by delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving membership sales and supporting member retention. Operational Excellence

• Support the day-to-day operation of the club
• Act as a key holder when required
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety
• Support gym floor standards and member-facing areas
• Assist with gym resets and operational tasks where required
• Utilise membership and CRM systems effectively to manage enquiries and member information

• Work collaboratively with the wider club team to achieve business goals
• Support national campaigns, challenges and initiatives

Desirable

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, leisure or customer service
• Experience working toward sales or performance targets
• Knowledge of membership sales or customer retention principles
• Experience using sales, booking or membership systems
