A market leader in their field, this medical devices business with excellent staff retention levels, is recruiting for a Sales Fulfilment Manager to join a busy team in their Slough office on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Sales Fulfilment Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive world‑class service, while maintaining the highest regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee planning, procurement, order processing, warehousing and logistics to ensure seamless fulfilment and exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Design and implement robust operational workflows that enhance speed, accuracy, flexibility and cost‑efficiency
  • Maintain full compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards, ensuring all activities align with legal, environmental and quality requirements
  • Lead change initiatives to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks and embed a culture of innovation and compliance
