Job Description

You will be responsible for prospecting, outbound sales, and managing customer relationships, working closely with the commercial and logistics teams to ensure excellent client service and on-time delivery.

  • Develop new business opportunities across the UK market through telesales, email outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships to increase order frequency and sales volume.
  • Identify potential distributors, food manufacturers, and retail partners aligned with Great Foods' product portfolio.
  • Coordinate pricing, product specifications, and logistics with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM activity tracking.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with sales management to review performance and pipeline development.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Executive (Telesales - Business Development) will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in telesales or business development (ideally in food or FMCG).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident making outbound calls and converting leads into long-term customers.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with foodservice, retail, or industrial ingredients sales is a strong plus.
