Great opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join a well-established and successful manufacturer in a pivotal role where you’ll be a central figure supporting the sales function.

On offer is a part‑time FTC role, working as part of a close‑knit team in a fast‑paced and interesting Coordinator role.

This specialist manufacturer, recently celebrating its 20th Anniversary, designs and manufactures products for the oil/gas industry and prides itself on an excellent working culture.

Due to staff maternity, the company is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to fill in this position in their absence.

In this role you’ll provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Director and wider Sales team. The role involves smooth running of daily sales operations, effective diary and travel management, and efficient coordination of meetings, communications and events.

This is a maternity cover fixed‑term contract, offered on a part‑time basis between 6-8 months.

THE ROLE:
  • Providing administration support to the sales team
  • Travel/diary management, coordinating meetings/communications
  • Fixed‑term contract 6‑8 months, part time – Tuesdays & Wednesdays
THE PERSON:
  • Sales Administrator/Coordinator experience
