Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an Inside Sales or Business Development role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Confidence in handling outbound calls and following up leads to conversion.
  • A proactive, resilient attitude with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Managing the new business sales pipeline and identifying potential clients using CRM and lead generation tools.
  • Building relationships through proactive outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Understanding client supply chain needs and providing bespoke logistics solutions.
  • Preparing and following up on quotations and proposals to secure bookings.
  • Supporting client meetings and assisting with new account onboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate records of activity and opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Working towards monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
