Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Sales Executive in King's Lynn to guide customers from welcome through negotiation to vehicle handover. You’ll prospect new clients by phone, attend launches, and manage an enquiry database, while building strong product knowledge and relationships across sites and brands.

You’ll deliver outstanding service, seek add-ons, and use CRM data to follow up and close deals, supported by manufacturer-led training and quarterly targets.

Formación

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationships
• Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm
• A genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to the team’s success
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needs
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence

• Recommend suitable add-on products that align with customer needs and preferences
• Ensure the effective use of customer enquiry management systems for optimal tracking and follow-up
• Deliver outstanding customer service that fosters loyalty and encourages referrals

Salary£24,000 (uncapped earnings)
