Job summary

Johnsons Cars in Swindon is seeking a New & Used Car Sales Executive to join our FCA dealership network. You will welcome customers in person, via online channels, or by phone, understand their needs, and match them with the right new or used vehicle.

You’ll manage the full sales process from enquiry to handover and build lasting relationships through follow-ups and updates. The role offers a 5-day working week with a £22,500 basic salary plus a realistic OTE of £50,000 (uncapped), a strong
