A dynamic exhibition design company in Luton is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue and expand the client base. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' sales experience and a proven ability to manage customer relationships and achieve sales targets. This office-based role is pivotal in working closely with the team to generate new business opportunities and increase company turnover. The package includes a salary of £30k-£32k with potential on-target earnings of £71k-75k.

Reporting to: Head of Operations / Managing Director
Location: Luton
Package: £30k-£32k basic salary, dependant on experience, with on target earnings of £71K-75K. Commission will be paid quarterly.
Status: Permanent, full-time. (Important note: this is an office-based role).
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.5‑hour days with flexi start times between 08:00-10:00. Lunch is 30 minutes.
Holiday: 28 days including bank holiday.

You will work for a business that specialises in the design and build of exhibition stands, showroom & office design and installation and retail display units. They are offering an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis, at their Luton office, as a new role within the sales department.
Initially the role’s main focus will be to increase company revenue and client base, generating new business, specifically to fall in line with expected/predicted gaps in the industry annual cycle.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, experience of working in a sales environment, with a proven track record of winning and managing new customers, negotiating, facilitating customer orders and exceeding sales targets.
The ability to work as part of a dynamic, forward‑thinking team is essential, and being competent to oversee projects from customer enquiry to project‑management handover is of high importance. This role will work closely with our estimating and design departments and as a key part of the sales team.
