Job summary

A London-based wholesale agency is seeking a Sales Executive to support management of global accounts in advanced contemporary women’s fashion. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in wholesale, excellent English communication skills, and a proactive approach to teamwork. This is a hybrid role with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home, offering a nurturing work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wholesale, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to manage own workload effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with uploads to digital platforms and creation of line sheets per brand.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and follow up on orders.
  • Support showroom set-up for all brands across international showrooms.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers.
  • Liaise with brands on shipment updates and payments.

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This London-based wholesale agency specialises in advanced contemporary women’s fashion, partnering with some of the most high-profile retailers globally. We support the brands we represent to build strong and sustainable international wholesale distribution. As a small but fast-growing and close-knit team, we pride ourselves on offering a nurturing and enjoyable working environment. The Sales Executive will work closely with the Wholesale Manager, supporting the management of global accounts and contributing to overall strategy and business development

Job Description
  • Assist with uploads to digital platforms and creation of line sheets per brand
  • Manage appointment scheduling, diary coordination, and the distribution of lookbooks and line sheets; follow up on orders
  • Support showroom set-up for all brands across international showrooms
  • Help manage existing accounts globally and maintain strong communication with
  • Liaise with brands and customers on shipment updates and payments
  • Identify and contact potential new business partners and accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Support negotiation of contract terms and conditions with partners and vendors
  • Review in-season sales figures and brand performance by account to maximise sellthrough through stock swaps and reorders
  • Conduct in-store training sessions and store visits as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wholesale (fashion industry preferred)
  • Educated to degree level
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and Excel (intermediate to advanced)
  • High level of numeracy and analytical ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Additional language is a bonus – ideally Japanese, Korean, or Chinese, but not essential
  • Strong ability to manage own workload and prioritise effectively
