Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through targeted outreach and proactive networking – this is a true sales executive role, outbound targets are tough but rewards are reflective.
  • Qualify prospects and understand project needs, build-cost profiles and risk landscapes.
  • Present AHCI warranty solutions and value proposition clearly and persuasively.
  • Manage relationships throughout the sales cycle – initial enquiry to policy inception.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting.
  • Attend industry events, site meetings and client presentations across the Midlands.
  • Support strategic growth in the region by identifying market opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in B2B sales – ideally construction insurance, property finance or related built‑environment sectors, but flexible for the right personality.
  • Ability to build trust with developers, contractors and professional advisers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self‑motivated, ambitious and resilient in a target‑driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and commercial acumen.
  • Experience in structural warranties, latent defects insurance, or construction risk (not essential).
Rewards & Progression
  • Basic Salary: £25,000 – £50,000 (experience‑based).
  • Commission: Achievable OTE 2x basic salary, completely uncapped.
  • Ongoing training, industry qualifications and clear pathway to Senior Sales / Regional Management.
  • A role with autonomy, impact and real career progression as the office scales.
