We are Asia Marine Boat Club, Hong Kong's premier members‑only boat club, revolutionizing access to the water. We offer all the joy of boating without the high costs and hassles of ownership. For a one‑time entry fee and a monthly membership, our clients get access to a diverse, well‑maintained fleet of premium boats whenever they want to escape.

A Note on Our Clientele

Each membership is a significant investment, with an entry fee of approximately HKD 100,000 – $250,000. If you have an established network or proven experience selling to clients of this calibre, we strongly encourage you to apply.

Your Mission: The 50‑Member Sprint

Your primary objective is clear and critical: Secure 50 new memberships before April 1st. This is a sprint to build the foundation of our elite community, and you will be directly rewarded for achieving it.

Key Responsibilities

• High‑Value Prospecting: Hunt for new business within your network and through strategic channels including cold calling to targeted lists, networking at high‑end events (marinas, clubs, private functions), and social selling to an affluent demographic.
• Full‑Sales Cycle Management: Take complete ownership of the sales process, from initial lead generation and qualification to conducting compelling presentations and closing the deal.
• Lifestyle Selling: Master the art of selling the experience of freedom, convenience, and exclusive community, not just a membership.
• Client Relationship Building: Build rapport and trust with high‑net‑worth individuals, understanding their lifestyle desires and demonstrating how our club is the perfect solution.
• Represent the Brand: Be a passionate and polished ambassador for the AM Boat Club lifestyle at all times.

Who You Are

• A proven sales hunter with a track record of success in high‑ticket, commission‑only or high‑commission roles (e.g., luxury goods, real estate, financial services, exclusive memberships).
• Extremely proactive and self‑motivated. You see the "50 by April" target as an exciting challenge, not a barrier.
• An exceptional communicator with the ability to build instant rapport and handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Resilient and tenacious, with a polished and persistent approach.
• You have access to or the demonstrable ability to engage with a high‑net‑worth clientele.
• A passion for or strong interest in the boating lifestyle is a huge advantage.
• Possess your own reliable transportation, smartphone, and laptop.

Compensation & Rewards

High Commission Driven: This role is for a true sales hunter who understands that high risk is rewarded with exceptionally high returns. If you have the network and the skill to close high‑value deals, your earning potential is virtually unlimited.

Uncapped Earning Potential: The more you sell, the more you earn. There is no ceiling on your income.

The 50‑Member: Upon successfully achieving the target of 50 memberships by April 1st, you will receive a substantial extra performance bonus on top of your commission.
