Livery Dole offer a wide range of vehicle servicing, MOT and repair for all makes and models, including EV and Light Commercial, maintaining the high‑quality service our customers have enjoyed for the last century.

Role Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive or Brand Manager, as we continue to expand our brand offerings you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering and managing brand specific KPI's
  • Proactively prospecting for customers and driving customer engagement
  • Managing sale, preparation and hand over of vehicles to customers
  • Maintaining regular contact with all new and existing customers
  • Maintaining showroom & displays to high standards to ensure brand consistency
  • Identifying customers needs through a range of sales techniques.
  • Matching relevant product to customers needs, presenting applicable features and benefits of product.
  • Negotiating successful close of deals by overcoming any objections through understanding the benefits and features of all products available.
  • Utilising every touch point to maximise opportunities and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
  • Clean UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent sales, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and enthusiastic
  • Eye for detail, organised and punctual
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office
