Overview

At Adams Morey, we're proud to be a leading DAF Trucks dealer and commercial vehicle specialist, providing sales, service, and parts solutions across the South of England. We're now looking for a Sales Executive Apprentice to join our team – an exciting opportunity to start your career in automotive sales with one of the UK's leading commercial vehicle networks.

As a Sales Executive Apprentice, you'll be working closely with our experienced sales team to develop your skills in customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques. This apprenticeship will give you the foundation to build a successful career in the automotive and commercial vehicle industry. Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (40 hours per week, 30‑minute lunch unpaid).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in promoting and selling new and used DAF trucks and other commercial vehicles.
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and vehicle handovers.
  • Maintain accurate records using our CRM and sales systems.
  • Learn about vehicle specifications, financing options, and aftersales services.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Full UK driving licence (or working towards one) preferred.
