Who Thrives in This Role

We’ve seen success from two main groups:

  • Experienced telephone-based sales professionals
  • High-potential candidates new to sales (especially from KPI-based environments like retail or hospitality)

This role is designed for career-focused individuals—those looking to build long-term success, not just a short-term job. Most of our top performers hit their stride in Year 2 and beyond, supported by ongoing training and mentorship.

  • Uncapped commission
  • Bonus support structure in Year 1
