Job summary

Sytner Select Bristol, part of Sytner Group, is seeking a Sales Executive to guide customers through the car buying journey and deliver first-class service. You will help customers understand their options, facilitate viewings, and support them to make informed choices while maintaining excellent standards.

This role offers an achievable OTE of £44,380, with benefits including subsidised manufacturer car purchase schemes for family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.
• Full UK driving licence would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact for customers on their car purchasing journey.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and support from initial contact to sale.
• Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to provide high levels of service.

Our Sales Executives really are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships.

Joining us as a Sales Executive means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during this exciting experience of buying their car, so it's crucial you get the service right first time and every time.

About The Role

Sytner Select Bristol have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.

As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £44,380, you will also receive a benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.
