Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking proactive sales professionals to join its field-based team. You will visit customers in their homes or use our remote selling framework to present compelling product options, aiming to convert quotes to sales.

You’ll educate customers about our Brit-made products and services, cross-sell where appropriate, and tailor solutions to individual requirements. A full UK driving licence and self-management of time are essential.

• Comfortable dealing with a range of customers in their homes or remotely where needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm sales leads and visit customers in their homes or via remote selling framework.
• Deliver persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales.
• Educate customers about Anglian Home Improvements’ products and services and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Work with customers to understand requirements and ensure the job is right first time, every time.
• Be proactive, results-driven and provide a consistently high level of customer service.
• Demonstrate flexibility with workloads and working hours.

What you'll be doing

• Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their own homes or utilising our new remote selling framework
• Giving persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales
• Educating customers about the products and services offered, thinking on your feet and cross-selling other products where appropriate
• Working with customers to meet their unique requirements and get the job right first time, every time.
• Proactive and results-driven
• Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours
• Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service
• Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar!)
• A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car

You’ll need to be self-motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level.
